2 Months FREE Offer (T&C)

1. Eligibility

This offer is available to new landlords who appoint Boulevard Lettings & Estates to provide property management services for an eligible rental property.

2. Promotional Offer

Eligible landlords will receive the first two months’ property management fees free of charge from the commencement of the agreed management service.

3. After the Promotional Period

Following the two-month promotional period, the standard property management fee agreed with the landlord will apply.

4. Other Charges

The offer applies to the property management fee only. Any agreed additional services, contractor costs, compliance costs, third-party charges or other fees remain payable where applicable.

5. Management Agreement

The landlord must enter into a management agreement with Boulevard Lettings & Estates. The management agreement will set out the applicable fees, services and terms.

6. Existing Clients

This promotion is intended for new landlords switching their property management to Boulevard Lettings & Estates and does not apply retrospectively to existing management agreements.

7. Other Promotions

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with another Boulevard Lettings & Estates promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Availability

Boulevard Lettings & Estates reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion for future customers. Any applicable closing date or material restriction will be clearly communicated in the promotional material or the promotion will be retracted.

9. General

Participation in the offer is subject to Boulevard Lettings & Estates accepting the property for management and the landlord meeting the applicable requirements.
