What Is a Complaint?
A complaint is when you tell us you are not happy about the service we provide.
It can be about anything and could include:
- When we do not deliver a service on time.
- When we give you the wrong information.
- When you receive a poor-quality service.
- When you have a problem with a member of staff.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
We will investigate the complaint and issue a written response within
15 working days of receiving it.
If You Are Unhappy With Our Response
If you are unhappy with our response, you can ask for your complaint to be
reviewed by a Director.

A further response will normally be provided within

If You Are Still Unhappy
If you remain dissatisfied after completing our internal complaints
procedure, you may refer your complaint to The Property Ombudsman
(TPO), provided the complaint falls within its remit and
Boulevard Lettings & Estates is registered with the scheme.

The Ombudsman will not normally investigate a complaint unless the
internal complaints procedure has first been exhausted.
